- Students are required to adhere to the rules and regulations of the college, including but not limited to the dress code and code of conduct.
- The college reserves the right to revoke the student status or suspend certificates in the event of non-compliance with the installment plan.
- Please note that the days and schedules of classes may be subject to change due to unavoidable reasons
- Please be aware that there might be instances where lecturers change during the courses
Important Terms & Condition
- Before finalizing your course choice, it’s crucial to fully understand the purpose and desired outcomes. Verify with the managers whether your preferred course aligns with your expectations. Eg: Make sure that your course qualification is valid for applying for a visa in your preferred country.
- Ensure you have additional funds available for purchasing the required equipment and materials for your selected course. Costs may vary, and this amount can be significant, as it is not included in your course fee. Familiarize yourself with the times when this equipment and materials will be needed by coordinating with our branch managers.
- If you wish to change your registered course or branch, this must be done within one month, as the college has to adhere to rules imposed by government regulatory bodies.
- Get your student smart card for a seamless experience! A fee of Rs.200/= is required in addition to the admission fee. In case of loss, a replacement card can be obtained for Rs.300/=. Ensure you have your smart card for a hassle-free academic journey.
- It’s important to note that the registration fee won’t be refunded under any circumstances unless the fault lies with the college. If only a partial registration fee is paid, the remaining balance must be settled within 10 days from the date of the initial payment. However, if the class start date is less than 10 days away, the full amount should be paid on or before the class start date.
- If you are making an online payment or bank deposit, kindly include your National ID number as the reference for validation purposes. Please be advised that any fraudulent activity will not be tolerated by the management.
- Please ensure you obtain a receipt for all financial transactions. The college will not assume responsibility for transactions lacking a valid system-generated college receipt.
